ers for Rain - Dennis LehaneI got this at one of the garage sales. I loved Mystic River and I really want to read Shutter Island by him, so I figured this would be a great read too! I didn't realize it is in the middle of a series featuring a couple of detectives, but I am hoping this is like a James Patterson series where it doesn't matter TOOO much what order you read them, you just kind of miss out on character development.

elve Times Blessed - Jacquelyn MitchardI read Cage of Stars by her and liked it and have another one of hers that my husband got me for Christmas a couple years ago that is my TBR pile. It looks pretty decent and something I may want to take on my camping trip this summer!

Aw I love new books, even if they arent new new, just new to me. I really want to read Mystic River- thanks for reminding me about that, I need to add that to my good reads!
I didn't get any new books this week but I'm almost done with American Wife. I want to get the new James Patterson 9th Judgment but I wish somehow new books could be cheaper. I love the library but there are currently 300 holds on that book at my library so I think I may have to buy it haha
I just found your blog through a link on Kelly's blog and love it! I'm a fellow book lover although I tend to borrow more books from the library than buy these days in an effort to save money. I always fill my book bag and get home SO excited to dive into a new world.
I just finished The Red Tent by Anita Diamant and couldn't put it down; now I'm reading Kitty Kelley's Oprah biography which is kind of trashy but fascinating.
